Return Policy

Stock items may be returned within 90 days of purchase provided they are in their original packaging and not used or damaged in any way.
Software products and/or digital files (Examples: Minutes & Bylaws file downloads, CDs, etc.) CANNOT be returned.
Texas Corporation Supplies Incorporated also produces custom imprinted and/or engraved products. Each custom product on our website requires you to proof said order for content/spelling before submitting to your shopping cart. Upon checkout, you are asked to review your order a second time. Due to this verification process and that custom imprinted/engraved products cannot be reused, we do NOT allow any of these items to be returned. If we made an error in producing your order, we will correct it at our expense and ship to you via Fedex Ground. If you did make an error when placing your order, we usually provide a rework at a reduced cost. Be sure not to discard anything until you have received your reworked items as we will only send the corrected imprinted/engraved components. All Returns and/or Claims MUST be submitted within 90 DAYS of purchase date. Fedex/freight charges are nonrefundable. Any claims created after said date are the responsibility of the purchaser.
